مؤسسة أيادي مصرية للتنمية وتأهيل الشباب ، هي مؤسسة شبابية غير هادفة للربح مسجلة لدي وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي تعمل علي تأهيل الشباب والمرأة مستهدفة بناء قدراتهم وخاصة في مجالات التعليم والقيادة والمشاركــة المجتمعية والسياسية والاقتصادية .
كما تعمل المؤسسة علي نشر ثقافة حقوق الانسان وتعزيز الوعــــــــــي بهــــــا ونشر مفاهيم التنميـــة الـمــستدامـــــة ودمجها في القطاعات المختلفة .
The organization enjoys a wide network of relationships with volunteers and collaborates with experts and consultants in various fields to implement activities and events that efficiently and effectively achieve its established goals.

The institution adopts a comprehensive policy and a clear work strategy capable of achieving its goals, which were established to maximize effectiveness, and to develop its sustainable community programs and projects in order to enhance the value of developmental and voluntary work. It prepares its corporate social responsibility policy to monitor and develop its social performance in accordance with the institution's vision and mission, while fully complying with all relevant laws and regulations. This is to contribute to the broader goal of communities, which is to achieve comprehensive sustainable development in line with Egypt Vision 2030, supported by this vision. On four main axes:
Firstly: Enhancing transparency and integrity in decision-making processes, and supporting, respecting, and protecting human rights.
Secondly Working on building and enhancing the institution's capabilities and ensuring its sustainability by developing the organizational, financial, and administrative structure to guarantee its effectiveness and continuity, and building partnerships with local, regional, and international organizations, institutions, and initiatives of mutual interest.
Thirdly: Contributing to sustainable development to serve the community and the environment, by prioritizing national projects and initiatives that bring the greatest benefit to the nation and its citizens, encouraging the innovation and development of green (environmentally friendly) technologies, adopting them, and supporting their application. The institution relies on the initiatives and directives of the political leadership to determine this priority, aiming to achieve sustainable social and economic development in accordance with Egypt Vision 2030.
Fourth: Equality in rights among individuals, and equal opportunities, through planning for the selection and appointment of human resources and their qualification, ensuring that this is achieved among competitors, and equality before the law in rights and duties.
Based on the commitment of the Egyptian Hands Foundation to the continuous development and improvement of its programs and development projects, and to enhancing knowledge among all stakeholders, the advisory board of the foundation is keen on continuously reviewing and developing this policy and disseminating it through available communication channels.
